good times at work

Yesterday, I was not online at work as many of you noticed and kept asking me about...we had our intern hangout/field trip day to visit all the different sites and on-going projects that the company is working on. It was really cool but in actuality it was really hot outside (mid 90s to 100s). But it was the first time that all the interns (8) were together and it was actually really fun, better than being stuck in your cube by yourself all day, haha. The interns here are really cool, I like hanging out with them. Some of them are coming to Berkeley next year that will be exciting. But man having peers at work makes work a lot more enjoyable but today its back to cubicle in office. All the interns are scattered all over the place in the office, we're all in different departments working on different projects. But we're going to try to have weekly intern lunches now and we're trying for an intern hangout happy hour time. Apparently there is a place really close that has $3 drafts for happy hour haha =]
